Who we are
Our story
Charles-Collins Support Services was founded by Zack Charles-Collins who saw firsthand how much of a difference the right support can make. Not just practical help — but genuine connection, encouragement, and someone who truly believes in what you can do.
Zack gained his Certivate IV in Disability Support at the end of 2020 and gained experience working for a disability support organisation. In late 2021 he started working independently with a handful of participants across South East Melbourne, and we've grown by doing one thing well: showing up, every time, with care and consistency.
Today we support people with disability to access their community, build friendships, and enjoy life on their own terms. We're proud to be a local, independent provider — and we plan to stay that way.
